Sabot Hill

Locating on a rolling field in the Virginia countryside, this house’s casual, but classically inspired style feels at home in the landscape yet provides a beautiful silhouette from a distance. Much of the interior was built to allow ample wall space to display the owners’ art collection. The sculptural ceiling of the entry quickly gives way to generous, comfortable and bright rooms. Small spaces are carved out of larger ones to create intimate moments.
