This South Carolina house started as a tired 90’s stucco beach house and has been transformed into a beautiful shingle style home outside. The bright minimal interior of white shiplap walls, black steel windows and rustic reclaimed beams manages to look both sharp yet casual. The new pool is up high in the air on the main floor with a substantial brick loggia below.
