Cohasset Lookout

Located on a Bluff above the Atlantic Ocean in Cohasset, Massachusetts, this old Shingle Style home was completely renovated and updated. We added a new garage, lookout tower, pool and pool house. Wrapped in cedar shingles from roof to walls, the old and new blend seamlessly to create a unique oceanside compound. The landscape was considerably altered by noted landscape architect Sean Papich. The grade was raised to create a lush, grassy plinth for the old and new structures to inhabit. Extensive granite retaining walls provide a consistent border to the property.
